The cost of assessment is GBP 75 or in US dollars US$ 115 in all other cases (please add 17.5% VAT to this price for all EU residents). Once you have completed this form you will be taken to our payment page and you will be able to choose the most convenient form of payment (send money by post or courier, transfer money to our bank account or send credit card payment form via fax, post or e-mail).
